Please read these terms carefully before using the va999 platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the va999 platform and its users. By accessing the va999 website, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. General Provisions

va999 is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services for players in Bangladesh. This Agreement applies to all products and services offered by va999.

It is each user's responsibility to read and fully understand these terms. Continued use of the platform means the user has accepted all of these terms.

1.1 Definitions

"Platform" means the va999 website, mobile version, and all related services.

"User" means any person who has registered on or is using the va999 platform.

"Account" means the personal user profile created on va999.

"Balance" means the total funds available in an account, which may include both real money and bonus credits.

1.2 Applicable Law

Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their own country or region. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure that online betting is lawful in the jurisdiction where they reside. va999 ensures fair play as a safe and reliable platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Important: The va999 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

To use va999, a user must meet the following conditions:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.

Only one account may be opened per person.

Users must register using their own personal information — using someone else's information is strictly prohibited.

The user must accept these terms voluntarily and knowingly.

va999 may request identity documents or other required paperwork for age verification at any time. If documents are not provided or discrepancies are found, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on va999, the user must provide accurate and complete information. va999 reserves the right to cancel an account if any false or misleading information is found in the details provided during registration.

3.2 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) secure. If anyone suspects that unauthorized access to their account has occurred, they must notify the va999 support team immediately.

va999 will never ask for your password. If anyone asks for your password, they are not a va999 representative — contact [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and earned bonuses may be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

va999 currently supports transactions through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) in Bangladesh:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.

Nagad — the mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.

Rocket — the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Upay — the mobile wallet of United Commercial Bank.

4.2 Limits & Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 across all methods. Once a request is successfully processed, withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before withdrawing funds, the user may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. va999 reserves the right to review any withdrawal for security and fraud prevention purposes. Wagering conditions associated with bonus funds must be met before those funds can be withdrawn.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made. Transferring funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 would earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, wagering = ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. This means a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

A bonus offer applies only once per user/household/device/IP address.

Attempting to abuse the bonus system or exploit bonuses may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

va999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

Bonus funds may have an expiry period — please refer to the terms of the relevant promotion.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn as real money until the wagering requirements have been met.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Bets that have been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. va999 reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect quotations.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets across various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The outcome of all bets depends on the official result of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute over a result, va999's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot machines are operated using an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Regular audits are conducted to ensure fair play. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and the rules for each game are shown within the relevant game interface.

6.4 Game Restrictions

Some games or markets may not be available in certain regions. va999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game or market. There is no obligation to give prior notice if existing bets are not affected.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities may result in disciplinary action, including account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Registering with false or incomplete identity information.

Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.

Hacking, software exploits, or use of automated bots.

Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Interfering with platform operations or harassing other users.

Conducting transactions using a third-party payment method.

Using the va999 name or logo without authorization.

Privacy & Security

Limitation of Liability

Internet disconnection or issues related to the user's device.

Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

Failure or delays by third-party payment providers.

Loss arising from the user's own negligence or breach of these terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by va999

va999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

Breach of these terms.

Fraud or suspicious activity.

Failure to verify age.

Legal or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Closure by User

va999 aims to investigate all disputes fairly. Relevant funds may be temporarily held during an investigation. The user is responsible for providing any documents or information needed to assist with the investigation.

In disputes regarding bet results or game outcomes, va999's technology logs will be considered as final evidence.

Amendment and Enforceability of Terms

va999 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, va999 will endeavour to notify users via notification. However, it is the user's own responsibility to stay informed of the latest updated terms and conditions.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Failure to exercise any right under this agreement will not be considered a waiver of that right.
